Rachelle has worked as an Executive Assistant in the client service industry since 1995, and joined Hein Financial Group as part of Roy Willis’ team in June 2004.

She specializes in processing, administration and marketing. Rachelle oversees all areas of individual investments, insurance processing, and day to day operations. She provides strong client service and is an asset to the team.  

When not hard at work, Rachelle spends quality time with her husband and daughter.
